When sending email, shows error, but the mail seems to arrive to d

Outlook 2007

When sending email, on the send/receive progress window it always shows
error "0x80040201 - Uknown error".

But the mail(s) reach their destination.

Any ideas ? It's frustrating not knowing if the email is on the way or not.
