Task 'Username - Sending' reported error (0x80040201)

Everytime I hit the send/receive button in Outlook 2003, I get this come up:
Task 'Username- Sending' reported error (0x80040201) : 'Unknown Error
0x80040201'
Can anyone please tell me how to make this error disappear.
I can still send and receive emails, however this always comes up in the
"Outlook Send/Receive Progress" popup?

I did get an answer!
The problem is generated when you open old emails (usually in an archive.pst
file).
When Outlook tries to send a read receipt to the sender and the address
doesn't exist, this error is generated.
The only way to fix this is to use Outlook Spy, as described in
http://www.outlook-tips.net/howto/delete_rr.htm
Follow the instructions here word for word and the problem will be fixed.
Let me know if it worked or not.

thanks. i believe your analysis is right-on. had a ton of old emails (over
1200) that i will have to slug through.
