when scrolling my screen is wavy why???

I asked a question about when I am scrolling, my screen
it is wavy....so I got a reply about why it does
that...there is no message about what the problem is or
how I can fix it....it there something wrong with the
reply???? I would appreciate if someone would email to my
email address since I can't get no message on the
reply...it keep saying message unavailable.....Thanks for
any suggestion you have that would help me to fix this
problems....you can read my post that I had on here....it
is PJ Feb 20 at 1:01 pm...that is where my post is

The reply asked you a question... namely did this waviness show up after
you updated the video driver? Apparently that's what happened to this
other person.

If your answer is yes, then your solution is to use the driver rollback
feature of XP. right click my computer, select properties, hardware,
device manager. double click the display adaptor to open it's
properties, select the driver tabe, then roll back driver. Click ok
until you exit out.
