When replying my Signiture with an attached logo does not appear.

I have Outlook 2003 and have checked the box to compose in HTML formate. I
have created a signiture with my business logo and details to be attached.
When creating a new message my signiture appears OK, however when I reply to
emails my signiture font changes and my logo is not there.
