Inserting Siignitures Manually

I am running Outlook 2003, using Word as my email editor, under WIN XP Pro
SR-2. When I compose an email I would like to be able to choose whether or
not to insert a signiture and, if I insert a signiture, which of several
signitures to use. is this possible?

No need to set a default signature. Just set it to 'None' and then choose
which signature to use from Insert>Signature. You can set up many different
signatures this way.

Yes, but you must specify a default signature. This can be a signature just
containing a dot.

Tips of the month:
-Properly back-up and restore your Outlook data
-Create an Office 2003 CD slipstreamed with Service Pack 1

No, with Outlook as the e-mail editor you would be correct but the OP asked
about when having Word as the e-mail editor

Many thanks- not very intuitive (at least to me) but it works just fine.
