When receiving email - Microsoft encounters problem

Had no problems until a month ago - could be associated
with adding wireless network connection. I can only
access my email through ISP website - Outlook goes into
receiving mode, "Microsoft encounters problem, and has to
close". I spent a lot of time with my ISP - they think
its an Outlook problem

Try recreating (do not copy) your mail profile;
Control Panel-> Mail-> button Show Profiles-> button Add...
