When loading pictures, red x's show up

When I try to look at a certain website, all there is are
red x's in boxes for the images.
I emailed the guy who puts the pictures up, and apparently
it's been working very fine for him and everyone else.
I've tried erasing the cache, deleting any temporary files
that may interrupt/stop the proper loading, etc. but it
still doesn't work.
I updated my browser to the newest version, and still
nothing. I'm at a loss.

If anyone knows the source of my problem and can help me,
it would be greatly appreciated.

Are you running a popup stopper or do you have your security settings set to
disable scripting?
