WHEN I TURN COMP. ON IN WINDOWS I GOT PASSWORD BUT CAN'T GET THROUGH.

HOW DO I FIX IT? EVERYTIME, I TURNED COMP. ON IT BROUGHT
UP MY NAME AND I HAD TO PUT PASSWORD IN ; IN ORDER, TO
GET TO DESKTOP. HELP PLEASE?

when you turn on the computer open up in safe mode and
then change your passwords from there.
 
Start your computer and repeatedly press the F8 key to get to the Boot Menu.
Select Safe Mode. When you get tot he Log on Screen select Administrator and
leave the password blank. At the Desktop go to Start->Settings->Control
Panel->User accounts and create a new password for the account you usually
log on with. If you are the only person who uses the computer you can create
a blank password. Reboot.
