I CAN'T PUT PASSWORD IN WINDOWS BEFORE DESKTOP

WHEN I TURN COMP. ON IT BRINGS UP WINDOW BOX WITH MY NAME
IN IT AND TO TYPE PASSWORD IN IT BUT I CAN'T PUT PASSWORD
IN BOX. HOW DO I DI IT?
 
I'm not sure of the exact question but the password is
probably case-sensitive so try turning your caps lock off.
