I was wondering if anyone knows how to fix this issue. When I try to print
within Outlook 2000 it shutsdown completely. There are no error messages
reported.

Any Ideas??

Anything logged to the Event Viewer?
Is Outlook up-to-date?
Have you reinstalled the printer already and updated the printer driver?

-What do the Outlook Icons Mean?
-Create an Office 2003 CD slipstreamed with Service Pack 1

Hi,
I checked the event viewer, and it indicates Warnings with event ID's 1001
and 1004 for Outlook! These were around the time that the problem with
outlook occured, not sure if they are connected or not!

Any Ideas??

Hi,

I have checked the event viewer, and it appears that there is an warning
message around the same time the problem happened. they are labeled with
Event Id's of 1001 and 1004 for Outlook.

Any Ideas on what these are?
