When I start Notes, always showed "Runtime Error!" why?

I use outlook2000. Each time when I start the "Notes", it always showed
"Runtime Error! abnormal program termination" , then the OL shut down.I
repaired the office 2000, but it didn't work.
Who can tell me why? TKS a lots.

I can't tell you why, but you may be able fix it by creating a new PST,
making it your delivery location, then moving everything over from your old
PST.
