When sending email from my Outlook account (either from work or home) the
receivers complain of mutliple emails that are nonsense. Please advise.

What format are the messages in? Plain Text? RTF? HTML? You might try
sending in Plain Text, as a test, to see if that works better for you. (if
you're not already).

Do you know what e-mail client they're using?

I always send e-mail formatted in Plain Text. Recipients e-mail clients
include Yahoo, AOL, Gmail, etc.

How odd -- your plain text messages arrive as multiple garbled messages? Do
you have an anti-virus program like Symantec AV installed?

Yes, Norton is installed, but disabled on startup and never enabled (only
manually).
