When I scroll up/down on my PC it is all jerky

Hi,

When scroll/move up or down a document or any window, it is all jerky, it
isn't a smooth flowing action like it used to be before I formatted.

I would be grateful if you could advise.

click on start then click run & type: /scannow
then press enter.

recheck the cable, make sure that they are not bent.
if your monitor flickers then you have a poor
cable connection. if you have a degauss button on
your monitor,press it, this will eliminate
accumulated or stray magnetic fields. also check to
see if it is around something that is providing a lot of
electrical noise.
