When I right click on the desktop, to say create a new folder or Refresh, the
cursor becomes an hourglass and it can still move around, but I can't click
on the Start Menu or activate any icons on the desktop; its frozen and then I
have to restart the computer. Very, very strange. Please help me out...Please.
