When I press send/recieve nothing happens

When I press the send and recieve button in Outlook nothing happens. when I
send a test email it is sent to my account but no emails can be downloaded
onto my computer

Hi Rachel,
I was experiencing the same problem yesterday, and was unable to define my
send receive groups, meaning that I was not receiving e-mail either.
Re-starting my computer seemed to fix the problem, but if it continues to
occur after re-starting... I'm no expert so that's not my domain! Does anyone
else have any suggestions?
