It can take up to a couple of min for outlook to completely shut down but if
it doesn't, press Ctrl+Alt+Del and see if outlook.exe is running on the
processes tab. Select it and click the button to force it to exit.
If you sync with a pda, outlook stays loaded as long as the pda is
connected - so always unhook it first.

My email account will no longer send/recieve when I click send/recieve.
I
must download the header and then the messages. I have tried to Define
send/recieve groups but when I click "Define send/recieve groups"
nothing
happens. The command does not seem to be working.
