can't recieve emails

I can send emails and recieve from anyone using outlook. But can't recieve
from other emails outside like gmail, hotmail, yahoo etc. it's say failure to
deliever??? I've checked everything in the send/recieved and check everything
I possibly can and still nothing changed.

Have you configured these accounts correctly according to the Gmail /
Hotmail / Yahoo instructions?
