everytime i open an excel file, the computer ask for a CD...when i canceled
it ,i can't open this file...coz i dun have the CD

To fix, you need your Office CD. In the meantime, you could use Excel
Viewer. It won't allow you to create or edit excel files but it will let
you read them.
