When I Open It Locks Up

When I exec desktop Icon it freezes up.I can choose to
run from the task bar It works but choose run it locks
up..
 
Uninstall, restart then reinstall. Ensure that your run scans as admin in
Safe Mode. It might seem like it has hung up. When launch executable, either
from desktop, programs menu, system tray it takes 5 to 10 mins and it hangs
during that launch process.
