when i dowload extra special effects they dont work?

how come when i download extra effects or packs they dont load up and dont lat me use them?
please help
 
Hi George,

Check the Setup > Software page of my website... it includes notes about
where the items go during installation. The Creativity Fun Packs don't
automatically go into MM2. You have to import the new files.

BUT U DONT SAY ON URE SITE HOW TO GET .XML FILES WORKING LIKE EFFECTS AND STUF
THEY DONT WORK BY IMPORTING THEM
