Rerverse effect

Argh Help! i have read www.papajohn.org website on the reverse effect and i dont really understand it... i have TMPGEnc and i dont know how to put the video into reveerse! can any please help me by telling me directions thanx
 
Open the video clip in TMPGEnc and use File > Output to file > Sequence
BMP/PPM/TGA/JPG file

That gives you a set of sequentially numbered still pictures.
