When I close IE

When I close my microsoft internet explorer v6 it gives
me an error box.
IEXPLORE.EXE - Application Error, then in the box.....The
Instruction at "0x01ba3720" referenced memory
at "0x01ba3720". The memory could not be "read".
Click on OK to terminate the program

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Scan the system with Ad-Aware (www.lavasoftusa.com) and eliminate the
malware products causing the abnormal program termination.
** Update the pattern file using WEB UPDATE feature in Ad-Aware **

If the problem continues, reinstall Internet Explorer using this method:
