When exporting emails to excel how do i also expor time of email?

I'm currently exporting data that is sent via automated email to outlook.
When sending the data to excel i can't figure out how to also include the
time and date the email was sent in the exported info as it is not part of
the subject or body of the email? Any ideas would be very welcome!

You might add the fields to the view, then and paste to Excel.
