When dowloading a completed Movie maker file to CD it stops halfwa

How large is your movie maker file?
Enough space on the CD to save your movie maker file?
 
If this is so, check that your CD drive is set for recording with XP.
Right click on your listed CD drive. Click on Properties. A window will
open. Click on the Recording Tab. Check the box "Enable...."
