Whe I paste a copy, get error and copy is in grey?

I can copy but when its pasted to another document, I get ERROR and text is
filled with grey color. How can I correct this?

This question does not appear to have any relation to Access, the Microsoft
database program. I suggest you find the correct group based on the product
you are using and ask the question there with enought detail for someone to
help.
