What's URL to lookup file version info

What's the URL at the MS site where one can go to get info
about any given Windows file's current version, date, etc.
I had it once but cannot find it again. Thanks.

Not sure i understand the question, Windows File's current
version?? What did u want to find out again, that doesnt
make a lot of since.

Should have been more clear ... by 'file' I meant any
Windows module/program, examples:
rundll.dll spcmdcon.sys
