What's Up with OExpress and Hotmail!

I've been a hotmail user for near-on a decade now (not sure when it
started..) and stuck with it and not switched to gmail, etc. because
of one PRIMARY thing: Hotmail's integration with Outlook Express.
Suddenly, for about a week now, OE cannot read my hotmail account.
I've tried to remove the accout within OE and re-set it up, but now it
can't even download the folders list!

HELP! Anyone have any ideas?? Have you seen this before?? help!!

If you are not a Hotmail paid Account User you are out of Luck. Microsoft
for Security reasons remove access to Free Hotmail Accounts from Outlook
Express and Outlook XP/2003.
