Whats This Error Message Mean . ??

Every time I reboot my PC I get an Error Messge which says >>>
Application Error .
Hardware Error 1024.
Please Contact Your hardware Vendor .

I havent installed or uninstalled any hardware so I am a bit confused as
to why i should be getting this .
I have checked the System in Control Panel and cant see any of the yellow
indicators.
Any suggestions ??
