don't think is a legal site.

The microsoft Excel newgroup area has many sub-areas dealing with:

Functions
General Questions
New users
Charts
Excel
Application Errors
Programming

That depends on the interface that you use to access the NG. It is
applicable to MS web interface.

But I, too, always chuckle when I see that.
