What's running at midnight

I have recently had a few crashes. EventViewer shows 000000c4.
Last few chrashes have been 12:01A or 12:02A. I am wondering if XP has
something set to run about this time that could be causing this.
How can I find out if something is started at midnight that crashes my PC?

You have to check your Scheduled Tasks from Control Panel.

For your antivirus - look in its options.

Yeh, I can find it but I don't see anywhere that notes when Updates runs.
