What's inside a Retail Box Win2k3 STD? Am I missing anything?

I have just bought a Retail Box of Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition.
Before, when I bought older verions of Windows, I got printed copy of EULA
in each box. However, I can't find a printed copy of EULA inside the
Windows Server 2003 box. Am I missing it?

I only get the followings:
The Reteil Box with COA
A CD Box with Product Key
A Copper Hologram CD
A CAL agreement (5 cal)
A Getting Started Manual (book)
A Microsoft Subsidiary Information (Card)

I CAN'T find the followings:
No hard copy of EULA
No postal registration card

Is my copy of Windows Server 2003 legal to use?
Who can tell me?

The COA is what's happenin'. I tink Mr. Gates wants to start renting his OS
to end users. Trying to get the idea across begining with XP.
You gat a bill of sale, not to worry.

Yes, your copy is legal.
You can contact M$, but I think you fine.

On anther note, how the heck you like your newest toy?

good computing,
