What's Included in the *.pst File

I want to backup my *.pst file for moving to WinXP from Win2000. Does the
*.pst file include all e-mail, Calendar, and Contact List?

Yes, it normally would. If you do an export of a .pst to another
location just be sure that when "personal folder" is highlighted that
you check "include subfolders" to get everything. Until I knew my way
around a .pst folder, a co-worker attempted to back up my files prior
to a reformat and clean install. He lost all my emails.... If you're
just planning on searching for the existing .pst file and copying it,
that should be OK. Anyone else care to comment?

PS...be aware that a .pst file for OL2003 is not compatible with
earlier version UNLESS you specifically create a .pst data file with
compatibility for earlier versions, it will not do it by default.
