I had my fax tools installed, then something happened to my hard drive.

I lost what I had, I didn't have to pay anything before, it was BVRP, is
there another

web site that does this?

Your 'free' BVRP was probably installed as part of your modem
installation software.
Don't you have your modem installation disc?
Did you search your hard drive for the 'Classic Phone Tools' folder?
