Call Microsoft Product Support and give them the Product ID.
In the U.S call: 1-425-635-3311
Open XP's "Help and Support" and type: Product Identification , and hit enter.
Click on "Get Information About Your Computer". Then click on "View general
system information about this computer". Your Product ID (PID) number will be
displayed under "Operating System".
