I was trying to configure for newsgroup from outlook express. I got error
message
as below and what to do and how can I configure correctly?

The server could not be found. Account: 'Hotmail', Server:
'http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp', Protocol: HTTPMail,
Server Response: 'Proxy Error ( The ISA Server denied the specified Uniform
Resource Locator (URL). )', Port: 0, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number:

This newsgroup discusses Outlook, not Outlook EXPRESS which is an
unrelated program.

Also, Hotmail doesn't do newsgroups. E-mail is NOT newsgroups.
