what to do about the navigation bar

I have tried everything to get my navigation bar to work. The first time I
published it, it worked fine. Then I realized I had a typo in a page and
then I republished the the page. Then that particular page hyperlink was
gone, so I republished the whole site. Then my entire nav bar was gone.
1)
I do have FP extensions. I know it works because it worked the first time.
I have recalculated my links
I have deleted them, saved the file and then readded them again.

What should I do?

Have you contact your host and ask then to run a check on the extensions and/or re-install them?
