your system is low virtual memory. windows is increasing
the size of your virtual memory paging file. During thes
process, memory requests for some applications may be
denied. for more information, see help

It means your system is low on virtual memory. Once you have exceeded the
amount of RAM you have in your system your computer looks at the RAM for
areas that have not been recently used. At that point it copies them onto
your hard-drive. It will be much slower than RAM, and uses Virtual Memory
will create a significant performance drop. To increase:
1) Right Click My Computer
2) Click Properties
3) Click Advance

You can find it somewhere in there. Another good idea is to put this
virtual memory on a seperate drive or better yet just buy more RAM.

thank you jush for your reply
but you know the same problem happend to me when I
install widows2000 the firest time in my pc I have 192MB
of RAM and when I open just outlook Express to see
massage it give me the same massage
maybe i have virus I beleve
