what the hell is happening?

I am on ADSL i have full speed, I can browse between pages in an instant,
try to upload anything to ebay nothing, system crawls along at snails pace,
refusing to let me upload pictures of items that I want to sell. Well
sometimes it will display only one of a number of pictures. whatever I try
to download takes forever. I have just tried to download turbolister from
ebay uk and it hanged at 75kbs, this is insane.

You will probably have to disable your firewall to upload.

You do not have the ebay upload plugin installed - check
to make sure that 3rd party extensions are enabled and
that you don't have any firewall or blocking software to
interfere.

Also check EBay help for manual download and install info.
