What the hell have i done

I seem to have switched something of somehow on my computer. If i get and
email with a link on it if i click on it i dont go to the link anymore. I did
until last week but cant seem to solve the problem can anyone help.

To resolve this problem, follow these steps:
1. Click Start, click Run
2. Type the following commands in the Run dialog box, and click OK (or hit ENTER)
after each command (noting the space between the 2 and the next letter):
regsvr32 urlmon.dll
regsvr32 mshtml.dll
regsvr32 shdocvw.dll
regsvr32 browseui.dll
regsvr32 msjava.dll (NB Java may not be installed on your computer and you may
receive an error)
