What should I use to clone my 2003 server?

I want to be able to clone my 2003 server and be able to reimage it at will.
Any suggestions?

Here are a few options:
- Acronis TrueImage
- Boot it with a Bart PE boot CD (http://www.nu2.nu/pebuilder/#download),
then use xcopy.exe with the appropriate switches to
make a clone.
- Temporarily install the disk as a slave disk in some
Win2000/XP PC, then use xcopy.exe as above.
