what rights does a user need to connect to a wireless connection?

Out laptop users need to be able to connect at home and other places.
We are on a domain so the users are pretty restricted with what they can do.
I need them to be able to make wireless connections, do they need any
addtional rights?
Do I have to make them PowerUsers?

We're running Windows XP Pro
