What rights do I need to allow a user to replicate manually?

What rights do I need to give a user to be able to replicate manually using
sites and services and to use repadmin, also where do I set these rights.

Hi,

With AD Sites and Services you can trigger replication between 2 DCs for the
partitions both DCs have in common. In that case you need to delegate the
permissions on each partitions as you cannot choose what partitions to
replicate.

However, with REPADMIN (command line) or REPLMON (GUI) you can select which
partition to replicate between 2 DCs
