what programm do i need to remove a spyware virus

Hi. what program must i use to remove the spyware virus
from my computer? Where can i obtain such program? give me
a link to this programm. i have read about that program
(Beta) but it requires more latest version of Windows and
i use Windows 98SE. i see a message on my screen that
appears in each 5mins and that is--something like that----
'Error 317-Microsoft Windows Security Warning. Your
Windows is corrupted with spyware virus. You must patch
your PC urgently to protect your system.' after that my
explorer starts to go to
www/jimbutt.com/warning/danger.html But today that site
is don't accessible. furthermore I think it is a bad site
that want me to download something program to kill my
computer at all.
I use Windows 98SE and my computer Pentium 166 32Ram. my
email address is (e-mail address removed). 'give my 'hi' to
Billy Geyts ' . bye.
