what newsgrp for problem with sireless network printer install?

Hiya:

All of a sudden my laptop can't find the shared printer that is hardwired to
my desktop--I've gone through the 'add a printer' stuff, and no option
works: I don't remember this being difficult when I originally set it up.

So where should I go for help?

well, that would be "wireless"--not a bastard network ;-)

Are you sharing anything else (folders, files)? If so, can you access that?
Also, are you sure the printer is still being shared? Make sure the printer
is turned on, too and that it is properly connected to the desktop.
