What MOBO would fit?

Here's what I've decided on for my first homebuilt:

AMD Athlon XP 2600+ with 333 Mhz FSB
Corsair Memory XMS 2x256mb PC2700 DDR 333 Mhz
Antec Case TBD with 350 W Power Supply and 2.0 USB on front

What I can't nail down is the mobo. I've almost decided on the Aopen
AK79G-VN, nForce2 chipset, but not really sure. I only have a few
desires...5 PCI cards slots and USB 2.0. Other than that I don't really
know. I thought I wanted on board video so that I could upgrade the card
later after I checked that the initial set up worked, but I'm still
unconvinced. Any recommendations or suggestions would be helpful...thanks.

Epox 8RDA+ and Asus A7N8X Deluxe Forget onboard video. These both
have onboard sound.

Onboard video is a joke. Any new video card will work with the basic
VGA driver in Windows so you don't need to install anything until you
are up and running. Then you can install the video drivers.

I'd go with an Asus motherboard. I've used ASUS for 6 years and every
board has been rock solid.

I've been using Aopen motherboards for over 3 years and never had any
problems with them at all. They've been reliable, never been the cause of a
crash and worked perfectly.
