over the last couple of days when i log onto my desktop a
message pops up saying lite installer has occured a
problem needs to shut down do you want to send a error
report. i've sent error reports butnothing happens how
can i stop this window from comming up

The error report goes to Microsoft and they use these reports to log
problems so they can fix the ones that occur often. Microsoft does not
respond to the report. If the error is serious, Microsoft provides you with
a link to track the report.
