Hello, after reformatting windows xp home , I found this in my start
up when using msconfig.
m□`׀\ű□ anyone know what it is?

Looks like it was mistranslated somewhere along the line. So there
is no way to tell here.

If you did a Clean install, then it shouldn't be there.

If you did a Repair install, the contents of Startup might contain
things that were there previously.

You would have to use Sysinternals Autoruns or something similar,
to map from that entry, to the file launched when it starts. Perhaps
some malware is involved ?
