Eachtime my desktop loads, there's a process SYSLEM.EXE that keeps running.
It takes 50% CPU usage. Even "Performance Tool " reported that its affecting
my boot n shutdown time ! Can anyone tell me what this process is n whether i
can disable it and how?

It appears you have spyware on your system:

Hi,

An evil for sure - delete it. Open Task Manager (CTRL + ALT + DEL) ->
Processes tab -> find proces and kill it.
Next go to Windows \ System32 find file and delete (look out on system.exe -
this one is correct).
Open Run -> regedit.exe and surf to keys:
HKCU \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Run
and
HKLM \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Run

and delete entry related with this file - probably "sysems".

OK. I've deleted the spyware. I located it in the folder
"C:\Windows\SysWOW64\". But this folder seems

to contain files n folders similar to that in " C:\Windows\System32 ". Now
Im having a doubt as to

whether SysWOW64 is a valid Vista folder or was it created by the spyware.
Im on Vista Ultimate. Help
