I substitued "my email address" for my actual email other than that I
received this . I did not send out any mail and my machine checks out
clean. Whyi quantico ? military?

Somebody with your email address in their address book probably has a
worm. If yours scans clean with a reliable and up to date anti-virus,
don't worry about it.
