What is the easiest way to start making a website in Frontpage 20.

Help! I am new to setting up a web page. I have win2000 Office Premium with
Frontpage 2000. I have signed up with an ISP and have a website ready for my
input of a website. However, I am really new to this, although I am indeed a
bit of a 'puter nerd, but with h/ware only. I do alot of photography, so am
familier with with stting up and putting both film and stills on the
computer. I am trying to set up a site to help Hepatitis C victims (a support
site), I am very experienced with this disease and it's side effects etc. My
wife, who does indeed have this dreadful disease, also has alot of ideas and
can input info and help for those who suffer!.
I just need a kick start on how to set up a website. Any help would be
really appreciated.

Jeff, I am also ready to start trying Front page. I now have awebsite :

I have a lot of photos on the site and hope that front page will give me
improved "clean up " ability. I wish to add and delete with more ease than
I currently have.
My web provider is
"REGISTER.COM" I find their site good . The help line folks are
wonderful but I am filling my photo files and have a difficult time
navagating between photo files. Someperson told me that Pront page will be
better. I will watch for answers that youget because I hope that it will
also help me.

Get out a scratch pad of paper and start thinking of what you want to say, how you want to say it, and what you think it should look like. Then surf the web for sites that are similar to what you want.

Plan a little first then dig into the mechanics. Keep things simple at first as you are learning to work with FP.

You may want to incorporate a forum/portal type thing for your support idea - I wouldnt use FP's discussion feature for this, it's too limited. There are free portal/forum programs out there that you can use...this should come later as you are more familiar with FP.
